Frequently Asked Questions
We Are Here To Help.
We believe it’s important for you to feel fully informed and confident while making decisions regarding your health or the health of your loved ones. To help, we’ve included commonly asked questions and answers from past patients. If your question isn’t addressed, get in touch and we’ll provide the information you need.
What is your new patient procedure?
The initial consultation takes approximately an hour. Once you arrive at the clinic you will be asked to complete paperwork. We ask that you bring your ID as well as your health insurance card (if possible). You will then undergo a physical exam which consists of: complete medical history, orthopedic and neurological testing and postural analysis.
X-rays may be taken, if necessary.

Typically treatment will begin on your next office visit, after the doctor has had the opportunity to thoroughly review your exam/x-rays and develop a treatment plan. The doctor will go over your X-rays and treatment plan with you and answer any questions.
Are your services covered by my insurance?
We accept many insurances, as well as accept cash patients. Please call us with your insurance information to determine if we are in your provider network.
Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?
We reserve a small number of same day appointments for emergencies only.

Initial consultation appointments are scheduled. Existing patients are given the freedom of walk-in services from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm for ease and convenience.
